Appointment No Show Policy and Fee
You will be invoiced for 50% of scheduled services and it will need to be paid to avoid being blocked from booking further appointments. If you no show an appointment, do not communicate, AND do not pay the invoice you will be blocked from booking appointments online. First time clients who no show and no call will be blocked automatically.
Please ensure when you book, you opt-in for text and/or email alerts so that you are receiving 48 hour and 24 hour confirmation texts/emails before scheduled appointments. Confirmations are a tremendous convenience but should not be solely relied on to ensure you show up to your appointment as technology sometimes lets us down. Please feel free to reach out to me to confirm appointments and times if needed.
Same Day Cancellation/Rescheduling
Policy and Fee
Same day cancellations and/or rescheduling to another day will be subject to 20% of the services booked that day will be invoiced or added to your rescheduled appointments. This includes removing scheduled services during your appointment and will be assessed as a same day cancellation. Please modify appointments and services 24 hours in advance
5 Minute Late Policy
​If you will be later than 5 minutes to your appointment, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and a rescheduling fee will be applied. If you know you will be late call or text me at (805)366-3272. I can try my best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed.
