I really want to get a brazilian but I am afraid its going to be awkward!I completely understand! I have been doing this for many years and I have waxed a lot of people with a lot of different bodies. All bodies are beautiful! How do I prevent Ingrown hairs? In grown hairs occur then there is a buildup of dead skin on the skins surface. The only way to get rid of dead skin is to EXFOLIATE! You can exfoliate with a scrub or with a product that contains an AHA or BHA like salicylic acid, glycolic acid. or lactic acid. Even better would be to pick up some PFB Vanish at your appointment. PFB contains BOTH AHAs and BHAs for optimal exfoliation, and its a one stop product to fight ingrowns and help brighten and lighten skins dark spots from ingrown scarring. I also carry exfoliating gloves for manual exfoliation between PFB uses.

How long does my hair have to be?1/4 inch or the size of a grain of rice. It is best to make your appointment at least 2-3 weeks from the last time you shaved or 1-2 weeks for your face and underarms.
-
How often will I need to get waxed?I recommend waxing every 4 weeks for body services and every 2 weeks for face and underarms services.
-
Is there anything I should avoid after getting wax?It is best to avoid excessive sweating, pools/hot tubs, sexual activity, and any heavily fragranced or harsh products on the skin.
-
How painful is it going to be?There will be some discomfort but the good news is that waxing gets easier over time and the first time is the worst. After the first wax the hair will increasingly each time grow in finer, softer, and more sparce. I am committed to making your waxing experience as comfortable as possible!

My daughter wants to get waxed, are there any age limitations?I require anyone 17 and under to have parental consent and have their parent present to sign the consent form on their first visit. I reserve the right to refuse service if a minor seems like they are in extreme discomfort and/or at any point tell me they do want to continue the service.
-
What type of wax do you use?I use a high quality hard wax. Hard wax requires no fabric strip to remove the wax, it dries and peels right off. I believe hard wax is much gentler on the skin and there are less instances of skin lifting and injuries.
-
Do you wax pregnant women?Yes! I have waxed pregnant women up until and on the day they have given birth. You will be more sensitive to waxing during pregnancy, but its so worth it.
-
Can I wax during my menstrual cycle?Yes! If you are booked for a Brazilian or other bikini service and as long as you are comfortable with it, you are more than welcome to wear a tampon or menstrual cup and still get waxed. Just be aware that some people may be more sensitive during this time and your waxing services may be more painful.
-
Do you offer mens brazilians or intimate waxing services? At this time I do not offer any waxing services for male genitalia or any services under the underwear.
